Dinner is designed to last approximately 3 hours and immerse each guest in a multi-course experience inspired by the Pacific Northwest. We will showcase our surroundings through food, art, culture, sustainability and imagination.
Based on the evening of your visit and the ingredients showcased during your experience, starting prices for the current tasting menu are $165 on Wednesday and Thursdays, $260 for Friday and Saturdays and $195 on Sundays. Nightly supplements will also be available upon request. We offer wine pairings, starting at $160 on Wednesday and Thursday, $190 on Friday and Saturday and $175 on Sundays. View an example of our wine list here. Beginning on July 7th, we will offer a ten course tasting menu exclusively in the dining room for $285. We include an automatic 20% service charge.
We are currently able to offer the following menu accommodations: Vegetarian, No Meat: Vegetable Substitute, No Seafood: Vegetable Substitute, No Raw or Undercooked Ingredients: Vegetable Substitute.
Our upcoming summer 2023 menus will be able to accommodate a fully plant based preference.
We are not able to accommodate gluten allergies/celiac dietary restrictions, or any other extreme food allergies, including seed, tree-nut, nightshade and mushroom. Please communicate clearly with our guest relations team about any allergy or dietary concerns at least 72 hours in advance of your dining experience, as we are not able to accommodate last minute requests. Our corkage fee is $75 per 750mL bottle of wine, maximum of two (2) bottles, for offerings not currently on our wine list.
We do not have a dress code. All guests are invited to come as you are.
